1. Service Provider
The services are provided by:

(Hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”)

2. Services
The Service Provider provides remote engineering and related professional services as agreed individually with the client.

3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are agreed individually
VAT is applied only if the Service Provider is VAT-registered
Invoices are payable within 30 days

4. Client Obligations
Clients must provide accurate information and cooperate reasonably.
​
5. Intellectual Property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, intellectual property rights remain with the Service Provider until full payment is received.

6. Liability
Liability is limited to direct damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct, to the extent permitted by law.
Consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Consumer Rights (B2C)
Consumers have statutory rights under Lithuanian and EU law, including applicable withdrawal rights.

8. Confidentiality
All non-public information exchanged remains confidential.
​
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
